Bloom At Home — $150
Counselling in the comfort of your own home. Home-visiting is available to Perth southern suburbs South Perth to Hammond Park. Medicare rebate of $112.40 when referred by GP (Mental Health Treatment Plan)
Bloom Telehealth — $120
Counselling provided by phone or video call. Telehealth is available throughout Western Australia. Medicare rebate of $87.25 when referred by GP (Mental Health Treatment Plan)
